Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday by the United States Postal Service. Orders take one to three business days to process. Shipping time does not include processing time. However, we do try our best to ship items by the next day.

Delivery times will depend on selected mailing service. Priority Mail is a one to three day delivery service for most areas and has a starting rate of $3.85 plus weight rate. Express mail is an overnight service for most areas and has a starting rate of $13.65 plus weight rate. Parcel post is a four to five day delivery service and has a starting rate of $3.69 plus weight rate.

Orders of $100 or more will be charged additional for insurance.

Returns

The return policy stated below only pertains to orders made through the Bangles & Beads Web site. Items purchased in the store must adhere to the store’s return policy. Bangles & Beads reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the below policy.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of invoice date. Items returned after 30 days will be returned to you at your expense.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received – unaltered, uncut and unopened -- and must be returned in original packaging. If items are altered, opened, missing parts, etc. they will be returned to you at your expense.

Returned items will be processed and credited back to your credit card within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges will be processed and shipped in 2 to 3 business days, provided the item is in stock.

Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and receipt. We recommend you make a copy of the receipt for your records prior to returning your items.

If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost to ship the new item to you.

When shipping a return or exchange, we recommend you choose a method that allows you to track your order. Bangles & Beads is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Returned orders of more than $300 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Sale items, jewelry and books cannot be returned.
